02 / PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
FLEXIBLE WARPING FOR SMALL AND LARGE QUANTITIES THUS OPTIMIZING CONSUMPTION
The warp preparation phase involves transferring the yarn, which is held on the spinning bobbins or cones, onto a beam to be positioned behind the loom, ready for the weaving process.
The main objective of warping is the assembly of a certain number of warp threads on a single beam.
In recent years, Olmetex has carried out a significant modernization of this department, investing in latest generation machinery. In particular, sectional warping machines have been installed allowing large-scale production for the rapid creation of samples and special items. This investment optimizes the development of exclusive designs and products in terms of time and cost.
